How To Power Cycle Your Service

Directly connect your pc or laptop. Then visit fast.com to verify there is a service issue.

Without a wired connection there are many factors that might slow down your Wi-Fi speeds such as microwaves, brick or concrete walls, or even your neighbors Wi-Fi.

If you are still experiencing slow speeds after connecting directly follow the steps below.

Reboot your router

Unplug your router for 45 seconds then plug it back in again and wait one minute.

Reboot your antenna

Unplug the power brick with the two data cables connected and wait three minutes.

After three minutes plug the power brick back in then wait 10 minutes. (This takes some time for the antenna to reconnect to the base station)

Thats it! Now you are a power cycling pro! Easy right?
