A partial outage is stopped or degraded services for a particular area. This can be caused by extreme weather events however these are rare. Our network is designed to operate at full capacity with up to .5 inches of rain an hour, which is a .01% chance for most subscribers within the Morongo Basin. Or approximately 20 seconds of outages per year on average.

High Desert WiFi is an IPv6 network. This allows our network to be futureproof and faster but will have some issues with older computers and old Internet of Things devices. We recommend the following devices or newer.
Windows Vista or newer
Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer
macOS 10.3 Panther or newer
Linux Kernel 2.6 or newer
Routers on this IPv6 approved list
